We are looking for a talented Off Highway Executive Sales Leader to join our team specializing in Sales for our Cummins Filtration Business Unit/ Components Business Segment in Nashville, TN or your approved remote office. The candidate may be located in the East, Central or Mountain Time Zones.

  • Sales Forecasting - Collects and assesses customer data from internal and external sources; compares against historical data to determine useful inputs and create a forecast of future consumption patterns.

  • Sales Pipeline Management - Plans proactively for successful execution of account/territory-level sales strategies and plans based on current pipeline; evaluates pipeline health (size, contents, progress); adjusts sales strategy, plans, or high impact activities accordingly; as applicable coaches sellers in order to achieve sales objectives.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:


  • Significant level of relevant work experience required. 7-10 years of experience as a sales representative, or other sales support function.

  • University or college degree in the field of Sales or Marketing, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.

  • Ability to develop global and regional business strategies for the business segment. 

  • Drive to build growth in the segment through specific sales initiatives, aligned with the global and regional strategies. 

  • Capable of taking over as the segment owner for global filtration on Off Highway applications. (This includes Mining, Oil and Gas, Power Generation, Rail and Marine.

  • Development of strong business relationships with key end-user customers in this segment.

  • Work cross functionally to champion improvement that enables servicing customers in the segment.  (For example: Kitting, inventory on Off Highway parts, regional parts pricing, targeted void fills, or catalog improvements.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
