WHO YOU ARE


Improve manufacturing processes by renovating existing equipment or by building new equipment.


Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.  Other duties may be assigned as necessary.



  • Analyze assembly blueprint and specifications manual, and plan machine building operations.

  • Verify conformance of parts to stock list and blueprints.

  • Align components for assembly and bolt, screw, dowel, weld, or rivet parts together.

  • Verify alignment and tolerances of moving parts.

  • Test operation of assembly by hand.

  • Build, debug, assemble, set up, and operate machine to verify functioning, machine capabilities, and conformance to customer's specifications.

  • Able to use fabrication equipment such as box brakes, shears, welding, acetylene and oxygen, etc

  • Ability to work in a team environment & maintain regular attendance.

  • Must be able to work overtime as business need dictates.

  • Responsible for ensuring that specified quality standards are met for all tasks completed.

Requirements:



  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 4 to 6 years of Experience

    • Or equivalent combination of education and experience



  • Welding Certification is Required
