Talent & Culture Employee Relations & LearningManager
Designs, plans, and implements a company's employee relations programs, policies, and procedures. Maintains good communication and positive relationships with employees to promote employee satisfaction. W ill be responsible to coordinate and implements hotel-appropriate training programs including but not limited to new hire orientation, to promote a well-trained staff resulting in positive guest relations and increased customer satisfaction scores. Working with the hotel's department heads ensures that company standards are met and measured
Reporting to the Director, Talent & Culture,responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
EDUCATION
Four-year college degree or equivalency preferred.
Must possess. Analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Excellent English and Spanish communication
Microsoft Office knowledge a must.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
EXPERIENCE
Two years Human Resources experience required. Previous training, adult learning, experience is preferred
