Frank-O-Matic Operator (Part-Time)

3rd Shift

Pay Range: $23.08-24.51plus $1.25/hr shift premium

Hours: 3rd Shift 8:30PM to 5:30AM. This will be an anticipated schedule. Preferred days will be Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday on "A" week. The following week will be Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday on "B" week. We are willing to negotiate what is in the best interest of the new member!

We have a great opportunity for a Frank-O-Matic Operator who is a dedicated individual in the pursuit of a perfect product. This position will allow you to have an impact on the success of stuffing, smoking, packaging and shipping departments as well as Johnsonville as a whole.

Responsibilities

• Rotate to all positions in the Stuffing area
• Operating / Setting up / Changing over a Poly-clip and Francomatic
• Lifting / hanging sticks weighing up to 60 lbs
• Pushing wagons of product
• Pushing racks of product
• Maintaining all paperwork related to the position.
• Rotation to washroom and Packaging as needed

Skills and Competencies

• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Strong math background is required
• Must be able to communicate and demonstrate tamwork performance to maintain World Class Results
• Must be able to push/pull racks and wagons
• Must be able to complete production documentation paperwork accurately
• Ability to learn and then properly use SAP to help manage an accurate casing inventory and product flow
• Must be willing to learn basic computer skills such as Word, Excel, Access, SAP
