Here’s what we’re looking for:

• First and foremost- the desire to be challenged with real-world projects.


• Student pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial or architectural engineering, or related field.


• Solid, demonstrated work ethic.


• Excellent communication skills.


• Ability to contribute and work well on a team or independently.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products.


• Ability to develop and foster effective professional relationships internally and externally.


• Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
