We are looking for Financial Analyst to join our team!

The Financial Analyst will assist in the development of capital markets communications, strategic long-term goals and objectives for the company. This role assists with quarterly earnings material development, investor and analyst communications, as well as identifies, analyzes and monitors issues that affect profitability, growth and market share penetration.

Responsibilities

Investor Relations Responsibilities

  • Review publicly available information and coordinate with internal teams to promptly address analyst and investor questions
  • Contribute to the development of strategic communications to the financial community
  • Assist in the organization and preparation of internal and external meeting presentations
  • Participate in the drafting of quarterly earnings news releases and earnings calls presentations, including drafting of SEC disclosure documents
  • Support efforts to expand ADS’s investor base via research, targeting and marketing support.
  • Follow relevant ADS-related news and review analyst notes for updating estimates, models and analyses
  • Track peer earnings and news updates and provide summaries for executive management informational purposes
  • Complete ad-hoc projects and reports to support the Manager of Investor Relations and Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Investor Relations, as needed
  • Support Investor Relations events, including fundraising activities, investor conferences and regular conference calls

Strategy Responsibilities

  • Assist senior leadership in working to identify business needs, challenges and market opportunities
  • Support the development of the strategic business roadmap and provide support in future business planning
  • Track and report on performance of the company’s strategic initiatives
  • Compile and maintain competitive profiles and analysis
  • Complete special projects, analysis, presentations for CEO, CFO and Vice President – Corporate Strategy & Investor Relations on a regular basis

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics
  • 2-4 years of financial analysis, banking, or investor relations experience
  • Experience with capital markets communications
  • Knowledge of the financial reporting and investor relations process
  • Analytical thinker, detail-oriented, high-energy level
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to analyze and summarize financial reports
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external parties
  • Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office Applications including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Attention to detail and proven analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential and professional manner
