Group O is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team.


Primary Tasks:
  • Performs benefits administration to include claims resolutions, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, and communicating benefit information to employees
  • Develops and maintains affirmative action program; files EEO-1 report annually; maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations
  • Responds to employment verifications and unemployment claim audits
  • Processes child support and other wage garnishments
  • Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars
  • Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database
  • Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to affect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed
  • Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
  • Develop partnerships inside and outside of HR to gain an in-depth understanding of business units and job functions

Secondary Tasks:

  • Processes applicable employee deductions
  • Learn various enterprise systems and maintain HR and other organizational information
  • Deliver new employee orientations and other HR training programs


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Intermediate computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Problem solving
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/initiative simultaneously
  • General knowledge of employment laws and practices
  • Must be able to work on sensitive issues with discretion and a high level of commitment to confidentiality

  • Minimum 3-5 years in Human Resources role.

  • Training: Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
  • Computer: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft SharePoint, HR Management System (HRMS)
  • Bi-lingual in English/Spanish verbal and written communication
  • Presentation skills
