Modis is hiring an Instructional Designer/Trainer, on a six-month or longer contract basis. This position will be responsible for planning, designing, developing, organizing, writing, and editing instructor-led training content as well as storyboards for electronic learning modules in Oracle Fusion HCM and Finance. A brief synopsis of the role's responsibilities is listed below:
3+ years of instructional design experience focused on ERP systems.
Responsible for conducting training needs assessments, develop course objectives and design plan based on assessment results.
Interview subject matter experts to collect required information to design and develop blended education solutions.
Conduct training in a variety of formats to meet the needs of the project (train-the-trainer, classroom, coaching, etc.).
Track and report project related deliverables as well as provide status reporting, issue identification, and problem resolution.
Must be Proficient in accounting modules with excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as a strong attention to detail.
