Our client, a mid-sized full-service advertising agency, is looking for a Photo Retoucher with strong experience in digital asset retouching to join their fast-paced team. This role begins ASAP.
What you'll be doing:
Working with a fast-paced team of Retouchers focused on a specific premier agency account.
Partner with CGI production and creative teams to produce a large amount of retouched images under tight deadlines.
Take creative direction from senior leadership to achieve the most optimal results for images across the web, digital banners, and social, among others.
You'll be working on assets like features, hero shots, scripting, configurations, and more.
Additional tasks include basic cleanup and image prep, creating masks and paths, and maintaining the integrity of folder structure.
Support graphic design team with all retouching needs.
Perform quality control on final images before release.
Asset management and creation of deliverables.
Other tasks may apply.
2-5 years of professional digital Retouching experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education to perform up to the job requirements.
Expert Adobe Photoshop skills (must know filters, layers, layer masks, channels, paths, etc.).
Full understanding of the digital creative environment.
Experience retouching hero shoots, advertising, products, editorial, etc.
The portfolio shows before and after pictures.
Expert color correction skills, ability to color correct against actual product and recreate colors from samples.
Basic understanding of Indesign and Illustrator.
Excellent attention to detail and an eye for color.
Ability to move quickly without losing the quality of your work.
Desire to learn and to work hard.
Good communication skills and initiative.
Ability to work as part of a high-volume team.
