Job Description:

Infosys is seeking Associate Consultant with a good understanding of Human Capital Management.

You will be involved in business process consulting and SAP projects where you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

The work location for this position are Anywhere in US. Candidates may need to travel or relocate to other cities.

Required Qualifications:

Basic

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 2 years of experience with one of more of the following Human Resource Management functions -
  
  
  • HR Administration including Workforce Planning
  
  
  • Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
  
  
  • Benefits Administration
  
  
  • Talent Management - Performance & Goals Management, Succession, Career Planning and Development
  
  
  • Compensation Management
  
  
  • Training / Learning Administration
  
  
  • Payroll Processing, Payroll period closure activities and familiarity with Finance terminology
  
  
  • Time Management and Time Sheets administration
  
  
  
  

Preferred:

• Familiar with HR procedures & policies, HR best practices, laws and regulations


• Knowledge of reporting/HRIS and Audit process


• Prior experience with any ERP or Cloud based HR application would be an added advantage.


• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel) Suite, Outlook, messenger, and related HR software portals


• Good Analytical and Communication skills


• Good Planning and Co-ordination skills


• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
