What you will be doing as the Data Analyst 3:
Understand business problems and design end to end analytics use cases. Partner with business tech leads to implement reusable and robust solutions
Apply strong expertise in machine-learning, data mining, and information retrieval to design, prototype and build the next generation analytics engine and services
Partner with data science leadership and engagement teams to present solutions and insights to business
Help maintain and track project goals and roadmaps. Collaborate with software and data engineers to implement and deploy scalable solutions
Develop complex models and algorithms that drive innovation throughout the organization This may include initiatives in understanding our Products, Operations, Footprint, Supply Chain
Mentor junior team members and provides constructive critique on specific projects
What you will bring to the table as the Data Analyst 3:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in data analytics
Strong analytics background with a BI mindset, not just looking for someone who knows SQL & Power BI
Advanced Excel & PowerPoint. Advanced presentation skills with experience presenting to senior level executives
Experience working with complex joins, union queries, and blending/merging data from different tables and/or data sources.
Advanced experience with Power BI data modeling, ETL and dashboard visualizations
Experience building reports, scorecards or dashboards in a contact center environment/ contact center/call center business process and best practice knowledge
Experience with business process analysis & improvement. Experience using data (call center reporting/metrics) to identify process deficiencies with the ability to partner with cross functional teams to determine process improvement recommendations
Strong data mining and manipulation skills with the ability to use data to craft a narrative
