Job Description:

We are looking to hire a Regional Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for directing and overseeing the overall operations of the apartment communities within a designated region. The right person will provide exceptional leadership, direction, and support to their team. You well also need to be well versed with sales, marketing, and analytical reporting as the ultimate goal is to produce the maximum cash flow and improve the property's long-term value. The Regional Manager is organized, analytical, goal-oriented and resourceful in order to display a commitment of excellence that interprets the Beztak vision and brand.

Key Functions

Direct your team while motivating them and holding them accountable for reaching goals, and upholding company directives

Work closely with Property Managers to ensure properties are operating at maximum efficiency

Monitor the condition of your properties on a consistent basis to ensure high standards are always being displayed 

Create and review a variety of financial and metric based reporting including weekly, monthly, and annual reporting

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Regional Manager, overseeing a minimum of 1,200 units across multiple properties

Must be able to write budgets and forecasts using Microsoft Excel

Strong leadership skills
