Hall’s Culligan in Escondido is looking for a self-motivated, results oriented individual to join our team as a Service/Installation Technician!   Hall’s Culligan Service/Installation Technicians travel to residential and commercial customers to repair, upgrade, install and troubleshoot our entire line of water treatment equipment. This position starts at $17 - $20 per hour depending on experience, plus potential for commission!

This role is designed with your success and growth in mind whether you have years of plumbing experience or none at all. For candidates with no prior experience, you will receive extensive hands on training through our Career Development Program that will set you up for a successful and lucrative career.  Applicants with a background in plumbing, maintenance or HVAC will have the opportunity to be fast tracked through our Career Development Program and on their way to increased earning potential.

Responsibilities

 


  • Service/Installation Technicians are responsible for all aspects of service including troubleshooting and repair of water treatment equipment in residential and/or commercial venues.

  • Deliver excellence in customer service at all times

  • Engage in the sale of equipment and other supplies where appropriate (revenue generation)

 

Qualifications

 


  • Proficient with tools and repair work, mechanically inclined

  • 1-2 years of service installation and/or equipment repair preferred

  • Water softener installation and/or plumbing experience is a plus!

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to thrive and multi-task in an active working

  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 80lbs  

  • Must be 21 years of age with a decent driving record to drive a company vehicle
