Program Details

Our FITT Development Program (FDP) for IT designed specifically to prepare and develop future generations of business leaders within the IT organization. Participants will develop critical leadership & technical skills through rotational assignments within a variety of functional areas. FDP participants will also receive in-depth training and complete a thorough onboarding process. Participants will be assigned a mentor who will provide ongoing coaching and feedback, setting the foundation for success. In addition to hands on learning, you'll be invited to our intern event series (to learn about Denstply Sirona, Finance, IT, Transofrmation projects, and the overall business) and social activities. At the end of the internship, you will present what you accomplished to senior finance leadership. Candidates will have the opportunity to participate in a paid three month internship in one of our core finance areas:

Corporate Applications

Tech Services and Infrastructure

Cybersecurity

Master Data Management

E-Commerce

CRM

ERP

Most of our full-time hiring is done from our intern program - so take this opportunity to become part of the Dentsply Sirona FDP. Our Program is a 24-month rotational program entered upon graduation, to expose participants to Dentsply Sirona Business Segments across all areas of IT, from Infrastructure and Technology Services to Corporate Business Services. All rotations will provide an excellent learning experience & an opportunity for FDP participants to utilize their leadership skills & technical knowledge to drive incremental value & change.

We look for top caliber students who have exhibited a superior record of achievement both inside and outside the classroom, along with strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills.

Current internships are U.S. based.

Qualifications/ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• Anticipated graduation May 2023 and prepared to start work full time June 2023
• Minimum GPA 3.0
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Has interest/ability to work in a dynamic, challenging work environment
• Good time management/organization skills with the ability to multi-task
• Strong Excel & Powerpoint Skills
• Data analytics experience preferred
• Project management skills/exposure
• Ability to temporarily relocate within the United States for rotational assignments
