What do you get to do in this position?

• Reports to the Indirect Procurement Regional Category Manager (RCM) - Americas Logistic

• Collaborate as key business partner with our Americas Logistics Operations teams focused on driving customer service improvements.
• Organize & execute Americas negotiation roadmaps utilizing a collaborative project management approach
• Lead the Request for Information, Request for Proposal, and contracting process for Americas warehousing & field services operations as needed
• Govern commercial relationships with Americas third party suppliers including key performance indicator tracking, score-carding, and managing business reviews
• Responsible for year-over-year savings through Americas warehousing & field services negotiations

• Lead warehousing & field services procurement standardization globally as subject matter expert.
• Support global & regional leadership communications, including quarterly management updates & ad-hoc requests
• Craft procurement strategy and champion solutions benchmarking across the global network
• Champion procurement digitization initiatives, and promote simplicity and speed in all undertaking

This job might be for you if:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or Operations with 10 years of progressive experience
• Solid understanding of general business operations including operational support, manufacturing, and supply chain
• Superior negotiating skills and procurement experience in warehousing and/or field service logistics
• Significant operational experience in warehousing and/or field service logistics a plus
• High proficiency in relationship management and stakeholder engagement
• Project management experience leading cross functional project teams
• Experience performing complex analysis assignments with a strong financial analysis capability
• Strong leadership skills: collaboration, communication (verbal & written), influence, drive for results, effective planning/prioritization, project management
