As a Product Management Senior Advisor, you will partner across the enterprise and interact with a wide range of stakeholders to analyze complex situations and interpret customer needs into concrete and thoughtful solutions. You will play a critical role in enabling exponential growth of the Diagnostics products (Radiology/Cardiology/Gastroenterology) as you help strengthen and expand the product offerings!

The Product Management Senior Advisor is:


  • A problem solver, relationship builder and collaborator with a reputation for creating win-win solutions that drive growth through delivering on a strong value proposition.

  • An analyst who translates market research and positioning, competitive landscape evaluation, capability assessment and build/buy/partner considerations into the development of new products, and innovative extension of existing products across the Diagnostics organization.

  • A metrics-driven specialist who uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions and who designs clear objectives and measures to monitor progress, performance, and results.

  • A project manager who leads end-to end-product development by coordinating resources and teams in the vetting of opportunities and the creation of market-ready products.

  • A communicator who develops and delivers business cases, dashboards, trend reports, proposals and other critical Diagnostics program messaging to appropriate areas of the organization to include executive management.

  • A subject matter expert who is the first point of contact for Diagnostics program maintenance and ongoing performance support.

What you'll need to be successful:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare or other related field required; with MBA a plus.

  • Minimum five (5) years product management/development, or comparable industry experience within healthcare, technology or other service delivery organizations.

  • A broad and imaginative understanding of healthcare products and markets required

  • Experience managing the entire end-end product life cycle for healthcare products and service development

  • The ability to manage multiple, complex projects and to accept accountability for driving outcomes and optimal results.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • This role requires travel & meet the requirements for this position.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $101,100 - $168,500, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
