Hilton is thrilled to be adding yet another exciting brand option in the capital of Silicon Valley! Located in downtown San Jose, the yet to be converted Signia by Hilton San Jose is looking for a talented Food & Beverage Manager to be on the opening team!

With an opening date of early March 2022, this exciting Hilton managed hotel will consist of 800+ rooms in a combined two towers, 5 F&B options and 65,000 square feet of meeting space.

The ideal candidate will be a driven leader with a passion for creating memorable experiences and building winning teams. This individual must thrive in a busy environment, uphold high standards, foster a positive culture, and have the ability to be lead by example. At least 2 years of food and beverage management experience in an upscale environment is required. Prior experience managing union staff is preferred and opening experience is a huge plus!

What will I be doing?

As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage department to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.


  • Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
  • Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs.
  • Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
  • Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
  • Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
