The Sr. Compliance Testing Analyst is responsible for understanding the business' operating environment and risk tolerance, and assisting business units in identifying opportunities to strengthen controls, develop or revise instructions, programs, policies and/or procedures to be in compliance with current internal guidelines and requirements as well as local market regulatory requirements.

In this role, the Sr. Compliance Testing Analyst plans, designs, leads, and executes the SF2-US Compliance Testing program which includes conducting the annual SF2-US Compliance Risk Assessment and ensures completion of the annual Compliance Review schedule. The Analyst also works with any applicable business units to ensure prompt corrective action for any detected inefficiencies in processes.

The Analyst collaborates with SF2-US-BA's Compliance Officer to ensure transparency and openness in testing of SF2-US as service provider to SF2-US-BA also work closely with other BMW Group entities and departments to ensure all regulatory and BMW Group compliance requirements are met and maintained by SF2-US.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or certifications.

5 years financial services industry experience.

3-5 years in financial services consumer compliance testing development and execution, oversight and monitoring, auditing or examination experience.

3-5 years in a corporate compliance related position or significant experience in a related subject matter business function with extensive exposure to relevant compliance controls and processes.

Knowledge of Federal and State consumer protection laws and regulations, regulatory guidance, and industry best practices.

Preferences

Professional certification (e.g. CRCM) and/or professional education (ABA regulatory compliance school, ABA graduate compliance school, etc.) strongly desired.

5-7 years financial services industry experience.

5-7 years of development and execution of financial services and/or regulatory compliance testing programs.
