Part-Time Member Service Representative (Teller) in our Parkland location. If you love a customer-facing role and have experience in retail, as a barista, or a similar role - Sound Credit Union may be the perfect next step in your career! This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door to the financial industry and your cash handling, sales, and customer service skills will help you be successful in this role.

As a Part-Time Member Service Representative, you will…


  • Work with members to complete transactions (ex…deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers)

  • Help advise members on products and services that may be beneficial to their current situation

  • Count, receive, and distribute cash.

In this role, you will get to provide guidance and help our members meet their financial goals. At the Parkland location, the manager is approachable and promotes a learning environment that focuses on coaching and empowering employees. If you enjoy learning new things and building relationships with new people, this position may be a good fit for you.

Our ideal candidate will bring to the team…


  • 1 year of customer service experience

  • 1 year cash handling experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Must be bondable.

  • This position requires physical, in-person, face-to-face interaction.

  • Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization not available.

 Your compensation:

$20.00 - $22.50 / Hour - Depending on experience.

Your hours:

20 – 30 hours a week, hours vary Mon- Fri 8:45AM-6:15PM and Saturdays 8:45AM-1:30PM
