Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a QE Engineer. This position will add value to a gamut of Software Development life cycle stages; will create detailed design artifacts like program specifications, test plans; and independently develop and review code and contribute to the go-live plan. Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mountain View, CA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 2 years of Information Technology experience
• Experience with QE
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in Core Java and standard test tools, e.g. junit, TestNG, Selenium, Protractor, SoapUI
• Extensive knowledge of Unix/Linux environments
• At least 1 years of experience in one or more Unix scripting languages like shell scripting, Python
• At least 1 years of experience in using integration tools like Jenkins, Maven and Source code control like Github.
• At least 2 years of experience in UI Automation - Selenium, Protractor etc
• Deep knowledge of test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases and debugging
• Ability to develop test data sets to simulate production application environments
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Strong Analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
