Job Description:

As a Business Analyst you will drive prioritization and help your team focus on key business objectives. You will be responsible to execute medium to large scale, multi-dimensional, complex Infosys led transformation programs for clients to meet client and Infosys parameters of success and quality. Qualifications:
Basic

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.


• At least 8+ years of experience in Information Technology


• Experience in Program Management methodologies and frameworks, and industry standards combined with domain knowledge to led technology enabled vision and/or solutions, Understand RACI, project plan etc


• Location for this position is Bay area


• U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.

Preferred:

• Must have 5+ years of extensive experience as a BUSINESS SYSTEM ANALYST/ BUSINESS ANALYST, using IT business analytics and SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle)


• Good logical reasoning skills


• Good in writing user stories


• Experience doing UAT, BAT


• Help Map the User Journey, What Systems to map the user Journey,


• Documents/tools used to map the user journey.

Experienced in interacting with business users to identify their needs, gathering requirements and authoring Business Requirement Documents (BRD), General system Design (GSD), Functional Requirement Document (FRD) and Software Requirement Specification (SRS) across the deliverables of a project.
Highly motivated, self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse technical team.
Help Map the User Journey, What Systems to map the user Journey, Documents/tools used to map the user journey
Can connect with Stake holders to convert business requirements into functional requirements, can write user stories in Jira/Rally
Experience in working with Microsoft Office suite (word, excel, Access, Visio), Power Point and Outlook) for documentation, analysis and presentation.
Experience creating Traceability matrix to better manage the requirement gathering process and keeping track of the milestones.
Experience in development of Process Flow Diagram, Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, and Sequence Diagram by using UML methodology using tools such as Rational Rose and MS Visio.
Experience in conducting GAP analysis, SWOT analysis, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Impact analysis, Risk analysis and mitigation plan.
Proven success as a business analyst through the years, providing a well-balanced understanding of business relationships, business requirements, and technical solutions.
