Technical Test Lead - SEC - Automation Testing at Infosys Limited in Richardson, Texas

Job Description:

Infosys is seeking Automation Technical Test Lead, QA Test Lead you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
• U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
• Candidate can be located anywhere in US.
• Experience with Testing strategies and Test Execution
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

Preferred Experience:
• At least 4 years of experience in Automation using Java Script, Java, WebDriver IO, Cucumber & Jasmine framework.
• Experience in leading QA activities in Group life insurance domain
• Programming skills in Java and Java Scripts.
• Hands on experience in API testing and automation using Postman and Open source API frameworks.
• Experience and knowledge of coding and design skills with strong understanding of design patterns/ frameworks/ data models.
• Ability to review and improve database integrations.
• Experience in TDM or knowledge on how to build the test data strategy and coordinate with the TDM experts to get the work done.
• Good communication skills to present ideas to the AppDev and business teams on the testing strategy
• Experience in working with cross group teams
• Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, Non-functional requirements (NFRs)
• Ability to contribute in complex design related activities apart from Coding, review and testing activities.
• Ability to do technical research and work on POCs

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
