The Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for developing the US integrated seasonal marketing plans. This newly created role is critical to building a strategic go to market plan that thoughtfully considers how the consumer will experience HOKA in all touchpoints. This individual will convey US specific needs to the Global Brand Marketing team and apply the global GTM strategy to the unique needs of the US marketplace and consumer. You will work with and strategically align all US teams (GTM, FER, Operations, Comms, SPOMA, Omni) to develop the US integrated marketing plan.

Under the direction of the US Marketing Director, the Integrated Marketing Manager will take ownership of aligning all functional marketing leaders and channel owner marketing teams to transforming strategic initiatives into a comprehensive integrated US marketing plan. This individual will also serve as the primary brand contact for the US ecommerce team for seasonal planning and will brief seasonal marketing initiatives to the eCommerce and digital marketing teams.

A deep understanding of the consumer, ecosystem, and all touchpoints within the HOKA marketing mix is critical as this individual will be responsible for elevating the consumer journey and for building a marketing plan that reflects consumer needs, brand objectives, and departmental initiatives.

The Integrated Marketing Manager should be a brand first thinker and have direct experience with brand, digital and e-commerce marketing. Communication and project management skills are critical as this role will work across multiple departments to understand their unique goals, strategies and plans and reflect that in the integrated seasonal plans. Sharp business acumen and knowledge of marketing, digital, and e-commerce KPIs and best practices is critical for this role.  This individual needs to understand the consumer and the role each touchpoint plays in reaching the consumer in a way that builds long term brand health and loyalty and fuels the eco-system. Working with key brand marketing and omni marketing stakeholders, this individual will build a strategy and capabilities that drive demand across the consumer journey and elevate the HOKA brand for consumers today and tomorrow.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

Lead the development of integrated US seasonal marketing plans. This involves working closely with the US Marketing Director to capture brand and omni marketing teams needs and build a comprehensive and unified plan that supports brand objectives and seasonal goals. With the goal of driving integration, you will lead regular touchbases bases between marketing teams to ensure plans are shared, collaborative ideas formed, and next steps are aligned and communicated. Build integrated playbooks for regional teams, including KPIs and seasonal objectives Work with HOKA eCommerce Managers to build seasonal plans and develop briefs to bring the brand and season to life on Communicate integrated plans and changes with internal team members and marketing departments in a timely and organized manner Capture feedback from teams, analyze performance, and share with global team to impact future integrated GTM plans

  • You are excited to play an important part of bringing HOKA to more consumers by creating world class marketing and experiences

We’d love to hear from people with

  • 6+ years in marketing roles, with preference for experience in a variety of functions including; Retail marketing, field marketing, digital marketing, experiential marketing, eCommerce, media

  • Experience creating integrated marketing campaigns for a fast paced, performance, lifestyle, or consumer brand

  • Project management experience working with multiple stakeholders

  • Excellent writing and communication skills

  • Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail

  • The ability to articulate and present ideas effectively to gain buy-in from the organization

  • Experience in the footwear or outdoor industry
