Job Description:

We are actively seeking a Performance Marketing Manager that is experienced in marketing to decision makers at ambulatory health care organizations. The ideal candidate has a passion for connecting brands with their target audiences in unique and meaningful ways. The Performance Marketing Manager will support marketing strategy, campaign management, and execution to drive meaningful growth.


The right candidate is a smart, strategic, and creative thinker that's able to roll up their sleeves to bring big projects to life. This role will carry a high level of autonomy and have a wealth of opportunity for cross-functional collaboration.



What you'll be doing:



  • Support the marketing strategy and campaign management to drive growth and business impact in the ambulatory segment


  • Identify tactics, channels, and strategies to connect with revenue cycle decision makers in physician groups, labs, billing services, radiology clinics, home health agencies, and other ambulatory organizations


  • In collaboration with the content team, lead the development of campaign content and messaging with an understanding of revenue cycle products, the competitive landscape and buying personas


  • Track and report on campaign performance, including collaborating with marketing operations to collect data, data visualization, and developing topline analysis


  • Execute research and discovery against our target audience and industry, uncovering new areas of opportunities, audience insights and competitive analysis


  • Collaborate with Waystar's Event Marketing team to coordinate and support the development of pre- and post-event communications, supporting assets and collateral, onsite marketing initiatives and demand generation


  • Support Sales and Marketing alignment initiatives, including the development of weekly Sales updates, communications and facilitating discovery meetings


  • Support the development and execution of account-based marketing (ABM) program for key accounts


  • Influence multi-disciplinary collaboration across Product Marketing, Segment Marketing, Sales Leadership, Commercial Operations, Content & Design, Digital Marketing, and agencies to achieve organizational goals.


  • Assist with the management of industry trade publication and third-party relationships, including strategy + execution for advertising, sponsorships, and thought leadership programs

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field

  • 3-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or tech space

  • Strongly preferred: Familiarity with key personas and pain points as it pertains to revenue cycle in an ambulatory setting

  • A deep understanding of B2B marketing tactics, campaign coordination, and account-based marketing

  • Ability to collaborate cross-departmentally and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent prioritization and project management skills.

  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo and Google Analytics a plus
