Job Description:

Responsibilities



    • Support and follow the Digital Transformation Expert presales execution

      • Check in the DTE is respecting and performing the Presales process designed in the Digital Transformation Expert program

      • Evaluate for each DTE his skills

      • Coach the DTE during the presales process with a customer

      • Validate the DTE solution architecture and quotation proposal


    • Act as a Digital Transformation Expert senior for specific customer (new segment or customer without DTE)

      • Establish a deep understanding of our customers business by being able to 'know how to walk in their shoes'. If require, involve a Segment Subject Matter Expert to support you in this task.

      • Create a "trusted technical resource" relationship with our customer's technologists and
        internal technical teammates.

      • Help develop solution architecture frameworks to support solution selling on an enterprise
        level. Includes providing vision, system and application architecture definition, problem
        anticipation and problem-solving ability.

      • Provide SW / HW technical architecture expertise to ensure proper solution design
        Understand manufacturing production floor equipment with foundational knowledge of integration methods/techniques

      • Lead assessment workout sessions with the goal of uncovering desired goals which align to what EcoStruxure Plant Advisor software solutions can help achieve

      • Build link to provocative/outcome selling model to ensure architecture views are properly
        integrated

      • Shape, drive and be held accountable for delivering significant strategic initiatives across broad scope/platform(s) in liaison with key stakeholders

      • Design, validate and present software solutions, including advanced product concepts, future direction, and industry solutions

      • Develop and deliver high quality, standardized or customized presentations and
        demonstrations

      • Develop and maintain strong teaming relationship with other members of the company to
        leverage product, process and engineering expertise

      • When it is required support the tendering team by creating a value-based pricing model



Qualifications/Requirements


  • Masters' degree, MBA or other advanced degree preferred in business, science, engineering, technology

  • Manage and possesses working industry knowledge and skillset in at least one of the SE targeted segment industry (MMM, WWW, CPG or discrete manufacturing)

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including creativity and curiosity with ability to effectively

  • communicate and influence solution direction to both technical and non-technical audiences alike across all organizational levels

  • Work experience in Software pre-sales


  • Deep understanding of the manufacturing technology stack to include IT landscape know how (including historian/ERP/MES/CMMS/MOM)

  • Technical acumen to interface with technologists, understand complex concepts and translate in a way that businesses or industry can understand

  • Knowledge or previous experience in industry domain expertise

  • Demonstrated problem solving and creative skills, ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on market and customer trends - go beyond the status quo

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, strategic agility, manage diversity and drive for results

  • Masters key components of Lean Transformation and how to create a culture of continuous improvement

  • Natural leadership and influencing skills pre-sales & execution capability to think several steps ahead and take proactive steps to address roadblocks and issues.

  • Strong leadership skills with proven record of embarking teams in challenging journeys

  • Strong coaching skills with good ability to impact and influence

  • English fluent, any other language is a plus

Analytics translator champion

Responsibilities:



    • Support and follow the project Analytics translator execution

      • Check if the Analytics translator is respecting and performing the Presales process designed in the E2E Customer journey process

      • On demand, evaluate the Analytics translator his skills

      • Coach the Analytics translator during the presales process with a customer

      • Validate the Analytics translator deliverables


    • Act as an Analytics translator senior for specific customer (new segment or customer without Analytics translator )

      • Establish a deep understanding of our customers business by being able to 'know how to walk in their shoes'. If require, involve a Segment Subject Matter Expert to support you in this task.

      • Translate analytics-derived insights into actionable recommendations for customer industry process.

      • Lead identification and prioritization of problems that analytics is suited to solve to identify and prioritize business use cases.

      • Engage workshop with the customer to identify and prioritize projects in which Advanced Analytics could be beneficial, define the detailed question/problem, identify the data that could be used within the project, and help identify the business data needed to produce the most useful insights to collect and prepare the right data.

      • Ensure that the solution solves the identified problem in the most efficient and interpretable form for users

      • Extract meaning and applications from the information provided by the AI software and synthesize complex analytics-derived insights into easy-to-understand, actionable recommendations that users can easily extract and execute on.

      • Execute a pre-study with AI partner software tool to provide potential savings with an offline dataset

      • Validate that the data quality and the data availability is at the right level.

      • Execute the Advanced analytics pilot use case by leveraging our AI partner software and proof the business value.

      • Ensure modelling output will be understood and useable by users. Validating model results against real life.

      • Drive ongoing adoption among programs and stakeholders in implementing the solution and executing on insights.

      • Develop and deliver high quality, standardized or customized presentations and
        demonstrations

      • Develop and maintain strong teaming relationship with other members of the company to leverage product, process and engineering expertise




Education and Experience:

  • Masters' degree, MBA or other advanced degree preferred in business, science, engineering, technology

  • Strong technical and process expertise with 5-10 years' experience in production (process and/or manufacturing)


  • Familiar with the industrial environment and result oriented

  • Understanding of the different machine learning models and how they can realistically be applied

  • Ability to frame a problem, shape a solution, and champion change

  • Data Driven and Statistically minded (6 sigma Black belt is a plus)

  • Very good data crunching abilities are a must

  • Strong leadership skills with proven record of embarking teams in challenging journeys

  • Strong coaching skills with good ability to impact and influence

  • English fluent, any other language is a plus
