Job Description:

The Recruiting Coordinator performs administrative duties to support the Talent Acquisition team primarily focused on support to help onboard new hires at Epiq.  Incumbents in this role will play a key role in ensuring all of Epiq’s new hires have an excellent onboarding experience.

Job Responsibilities


  • Monitor background and I-9 completion to ensure timely completion and a smooth onboarding process for all new hires.

  • Communicate with hiring managers and recruiting team on onboarding status and ensure timely follow-thru where needed.

  • Run weekly reports to track progress and be able to effectively communicate to key stakeholders

  • Effectively troubleshoot and work with different team members to find solutions to onboarding issues that may arise.

  • Support the enhanced background processing to support unique client needs.  This includes verifying eligibility to meet requirements, running additional backgrounds, tracking and providing necessary communications.

  • Gather and prepare background audit information as requested.

  • Provide administrative support and or contribute to special projects within the Talent Acquisition team

Qualifications and Skills


  • Basic understanding of recruiting and HR concepts

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a customer service approach

  • Strong skills in MS Outlook, Word and Excel

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Must be detail oriented; follow detailed procedures and ensure accuracy in documentation and data

  • Minimum 2 years prior administrative experience with 1 year HR/Staffing experience preferred
