As the Senior Manager, Quality and Internal Audit, you will lead the Order To Cash (OTC) team's efforts to ensure excellence in work product outputs and adherence to best practice audit standards.

What you'll do on a typical day:


  • Lead audits of financial processes and supporting documents based on a predetermined schedule; perform random audits as requested by leadership

  • Partner with OTC leadership team to proactively identify control gaps and devise best practice recommendations to close said gaps

  • Work closely in support of leadership team to address requests and answer questions from internal and external stakeholders

  • Audit corrective actions for effectiveness and make necessary recommendations as needed

  • Lead a team of Quality/Audit Analysts supporting various functions within the OTC department (invoicing, credit and collections, cash application, etc.)

  • Interpret process procedures, work instructions and quality bulletins with departments being audited; provide input on changes and/or updates to work instructions and procedures

  • Participate in special projects (auditing, training and/or inspecting) and provide reports to management on findings

  • Hold recurring meetings with OTC leadership to present and discuss findings, progress and major project updates

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience

  • 5 years of quality auditing experience

  • 2 years of experience leading a team

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

It'd be great if you also have:

  • Ability to track and maintain multiple projects at one time

  • Ability to read and interpret legal documents with little to no assistance

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate and present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience

  • A dynamic problem-solving skillset

  • A proactive and high-energy work style with a strong work ethic

  • Familiarity with supply chain/logistics operations

  • Experience in public/private accounting audit function

  • Project management experience

  • Experience working through the selection and implementation of technical system tools (i.e., Conga, OnBase, etc.)
