The Hospital Director of Pharmacy Operations with this advanced hospital will be providing pharmacy leadership to two hospital campuses and 12 specialty care clinics. This Medical Center offers a host of healthcare amenities including a full spectrum of Surgical Services, a Family Birthing Center, Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Cardiopulmonary Services, 24/7 Emergency Services, and a full-service inpatient and outpatient pharmacy. The Hospital Director of Pharmacy Operations will work diligently to develop staff education programs, analyze performance improvement initiatives, manage the service line fiscal budget, and serve an academic duty for the local School of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences. The Director of Pharmacy Operations will have oversight of 75+ pharmacy staff. 

Qualifications for the ideal Hospital Director of Pharmacy Operations include the graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy with either a BS in Pharmacy or a PharmD Degree, extensive inpatient pharmaceutical management experience, and strong interpersonal relationship skills.
