Your Responsibilities














  • Topographic, Construction, and Boundary surveying techniques

  • Support project managers and project teams with survey cost estimates, status reports, and high-quality surveying services in a responsive manner.

  • Ability to work in the field as well as in the office.

  • Understand state and local regulations regarding surveying.

  • Assist senior surveyors and Project Managers to develop surveying fees, write proposals and negotiate and review contracts

  • Effectively communicate information to staff, clients, and the leadership team.

  • Participate in related professional societies, conferences, and local organizations in support of business development and networking.

What You'll Need to Succeed


  • Bachelor's Degree in Surveying or a Bachelor's in Engineering with the ability to obtain a Surveyor License is required.

  • Internship/co-op experience in diverse surveying environments is preferred.

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation is preferred.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to present work to the team in a clear and concise manner.

  • Good time management skills.

  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Required


  • 2 year(s): Bachelor's Degree in Surveying or a Bachelor in Engineering with the ability to obtain a Surveyor License is required.

Education


Preferred


  • Bachelors or better in Engineering or related field
