YOUR ROLE As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will:

• Collaborate on digital and social strategies
• Gain understanding of digital trends and overall Brand Strategies
• Research and identify digital opportunities o Research competitor engagement
• Work with Digital Designer to create social graphics
• Communicate digital tactics and information to the entire company
• Work with Brand and Creative teams to ensure consistence branding for digital campaigns
• Develop and write marketing content to be deployed across social media channels
• Expand your knowledge of Influencers
• Learn how to recruit, manage, and partner with influencers
• Apply your knowledge of attention to detail.
• Plan influencer shipments based on product launches
• Work with Brand to finalize products / inserts o Creation launch strategies with influencers and digital outlets
• Development of Influencer launch packages
• Design influencer shipments with branded content and merchandise

YOUR SKILLS

• Currently enrolled in a Digital Marketing / Communications Bachelor's program in a Marketing or related discipline OR have completed your studies no more than 6 months prior to the start of the internship, with a GPA of 3.2
• Have a love and passion for all things beauty and social media.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
