Supervises a team of Accounts Payable Associates, Specialists, and Coordinators. Ensures all invoices are paid in a timely manner and discounts are properly claimed. Oversees analyses that support the research and closure of Accounts Payable issues. Collaborates with Supplier Relations, Contracts, Accounts Payable, Financial Accounting, and Suppliers to resolve or prevent issues.
Responsible for the preparation of analytical schedules of monthly/quarterly and year-end Accounts Payable for management team and as required for audit purposes
Identifies and implements improvements in Accounts Payable processes for increased efficiency ensuring the quality, integrity and commitment is not compromised.
Successfully communicates complex issues to suppliers and negotiates balances and process changes with suppliers.
Ensures Accounts Payable compliance with Internal Controls as defined by A/P management and Internal Audit.

Leads special projects, leveraging project management skills, and assumes other leadership roles to support the Accounts Payable Manager.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a focus in business or accounting required
Three to five years of direct Accounts Payables and Rebates experience required
Three or more years of supervisory experience strongly preferred
Advanced Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word experience
Experience using Oracle Financials and or SAP ERP systems
