Key Accountabilities
•Develop communications to provide information distribution / sharing that enhances / supports departmental objectives and improves employee and stakeholder experience. •Gather / analyze feedback and external research to recommend improvements for the communication program, tools, and processes.•Monitor usage of productivity tools and provide support to team members to ensure the tools are used appropriately.•Maintain / update communication vehicles to share announcements (e.g., TS TV, bulletin boards, Workplace) and information.•Deliver training and communications on processes and tools to improve the customer experience.
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
•Experienced gained through college degree programs and/or certification in Information Systems, Computer Science or Information Technology.•2+ plus years IT business analysis and/or IT development experience, or equivalent experience.•Solid understanding of resource management.•Understanding of IT software development life-cycles.•Strong communicator who can relate well to all levels.Key Metrics
