Location: Dakota Dunes, South Dakota
Shift: M-F 12:30PM-9:00PM and rotating Saturdays
Job Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time options

Specializing in customer call management and payment arrangement negotiation, you will ensure requests related to payment delinquency are identified, communicated, tracked, and fulfilled quickly & accurately while assuring timely payment.

Location
This opportunity is open to candidates who reside within the states of South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, or Minnesota ONLY, and whose home address is within 100 miles of our physical PREMIER Bankcard location.

Technology
- PREMIER will provide computer, telephone, Vonage box and headset.
- You will provide high speed internet access. DSL connection or cable modem is required (this cannot be a wireless connection). Need to be able to pass speed test from https://www.speedtest.net/
- You must have a smart phone for accessing a security token application
- Software functionality to be provided via PREMIER Bankcard
- Use of cellular phone or cordless land line phone is prohibited while in PREMIER workspace

To ensure you’re equipped for success, we deliver an extensive paid training program, up to 3 weeks in length. We also offer ongoing training opportunities for continuous improvement. No experience is required to begin!
