The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing support to increase effective sales activities. Collects, prepares, disseminates sales materials, company communications, and sales performance reporting. Organizes team activities and general administration. Acts as liaison for Customer Portal customers.
Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Partners with Sales Management to maintain all required information necessary to support customer requests and initiatives
for sales growth in a geographic area
• Acts as point of contact for Customer Portal customers
• Works with other departments to resolve customer issues
• Assist Sales Management to organize team meetings, activities, and expenses
• Maintains sales distribution lists
• Performs other relevant job duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Experience:
• 2+ years of sales support experience preferred.
• Understanding and knowledge of company products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Critical analysis of analytics and reporting.
Skills/ Abilities:
• Ability to builds relationships with customers and align with leadership's goals and direction.
• Ability to interpreting data and using technology (Microsoft suite, SV Harbor, Tableau) to support business objectives
• Adapts, thinks quickly and clearly to changing initiatives, situations and objectives
• Strong customer service skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Able to organize and coordinate projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
