As Sr Manager of Developer Relations, you will be a leader in building the developer community for Tricentis’s powerful AI test automation platforms. You will play a critical role in telling our story, helping us win the hearts and minds of developers. You will become a thought leader in our space and one of the most vocal voices in the test automation community. Your content and outreach will help grow awareness and usage of our products among our target audience.

You will be a leader in growing our community, and represent the brand in engagement channels such as Slack, Discord, meetups, and industry conferences. You’ll work closely with our customer champions to help craft their stories into content that you will amplify in partnership with marketing.

You will become the voice of our developer users, helping us craft personas that represent their needs. You will advocate for the developer providing feedback on our roadmaps, messaging, positioning, and narrative strategies.

This position will report to the Head of Growth Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute the developer relations strategy that will grow awareness and usage of Tricentis SaaS products.

• Build a strategic framework to accelerate growth and engagement of all community programming, while owning our presence in developer forums on Quora, Slack, Reddit, Discord, and other relevant social media platforms.

• Manage developer channels and programs that will promote our platforms to our target persona

• Create developer content for distribution across our channels, including blogs, tutorials, demos, and technical documentation

• Partner with the social media manager to report on the health and engagement of developer-related content

• Partner with product marketing on adapting and evolving user personas related to the developer audience

• Present in developer conferences on topics related to our product and industry.

• Serve as a leader in our community slack channel helping developers get the most out of our products

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a technical community role, preferably in developer relations.

• 3+ years of experience as a software developer.

• Demonstrated success in pitching and speaking at industry critical conferences.

• Interest in content creation such as blogs, technical documentation, video content, and other developer-related media.
