Experience in Salesforce and Sales Cloud is required. Experience in other Salesforce products is a big plus. Main Objective:

 

The Senior Business Analyst position works directly with business departments supporting the Sales business process.  The candidate will be responsible to manage a pipeline of Information Technology projects and enhancements from conception to implementation and support, in Salesforce – Sales Cloud platform. A successful candidate must have experience defining and operating functional requirements in one of the following areas: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, or Corporate Communications.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  1. Interface with business stakeholders to define scope, requirements, and work with the IT teams to architect solutions that can be delivered.

  2. Deploy appropriate methodology for the identification and documentation of business requirements.

  3. Elicit, capture, analyze, refine, articulate, and document business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.

  4. Author and maintain, detailed functional requirements that can be used by both the Development and Software Quality Assurance teams to build and verify technology solutions.

  5. Facilitate collaboration among business units for documentation of AS IS and To Be Processes and analyze process improvement opportunities.

  6. Perform data analysis and review business rules with the business stakeholders to refine requirements.

  7. Translate the business requirements and business rules into source to target data mappings to integrate multiple systems.

  8. Support functional testing cycles including test planning, script development, test execution and defect resolution.

  9. Plan and manage user acceptance testing activities including end to end issue resolution.

  10. Provide deployment, training, and change management support to business users.

  11. Troubleshoot and facilitate issue resolution by suggesting techno-functional workarounds.

  12. Communicates with different levels of management for requirements and status reporting.

  13. Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues involving designed solution.

  14. Engage in efforts to establish scope and business case for new programs and initiatives.

  15. Assist Delivery Manager and the IT teams, to develop a roadmap of projects and initiatives to achieve business goals and objectives.

  16. Work with the management teams to convert strategy into action.

  17. Manage individual project software releases and initiatives.

  18. Project Management and mentorship of junior level analysts.

  19. Always recommend and participate in process improvements.

  20. Benchmark current and future processes against industry best practices.

  21. Identify opportunities to innovate and differentiate Arthrex from its competition.

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field required.

  • 5 years of related information systems experience and 2 years in Salesforce.com projects through full software development life cycle is required.

  • Experience in Einstein Analytics (Tableau CRM), CPQ, and Marketing Cloud is a plus.

  • Strong background in business process analysis, requirements, and design, as well as data modeling and detailed functional design.

  • Proven ability to handle many diverse projects at once and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

  • Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to meet responsibilities with minimal direct supervision.

  • Accountable team player with a constructive attitude, problem-solving and customer service mindset.

  • Excellent team player and able to work with virtual cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.

  • Previous position in Pharma or Medical Device industry a plus 

 

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:


  • Experience with the Salesforce product suite – Sales Cloud.

  • Understanding of the major functions in a global organization.

  • Strong communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.

  • Strong familiarity with agile and waterfall SDLC processes.

  • Ability to work comfortably at all levels within the organization up to the senior management level. 

 

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PC servers, workstations, and laptops. Telecommunication equipment, cell phones and smart phones. Microsoft and Apple environment. Work with standard current computer applications, such as word processing, spreadsheets, and data bases. MS Office, SQL server, Active Directory, MS Exchange, ERP, and partner software applications.
