AH Seihan Planning Department leads the North American sales and production planning organization that spans across AHM/US, CH/Canada, Export/Global and HDM/Mexico. This department is responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual planning of sales, wholesales, production, and inventory for American Honda while collaborating with other sales divisions (internally and externally) and manufacturing to achieve the company’s targets. Planning information is stored in a confidential document called the Ki Plan which is the responsibility of this department to maintain.
The Seihan Planning Analyst's main responsibility is to fully support the Seihan Planning Manager and Assistant Manager on all related activities in the monthly and annual planning for sales, wholesales, production, inventory and capacity management. This includes helping with gap analysis on sales results vs plan, making recommendations to optimize inventory levels, creating sales and inventory reports with added analysis, and helping maintain the Ki Plan.
