Summary
This position coordinates
reconciles and analyzes payroll data to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. R esponsibilities for the Payroll Analyst include but are not limited to
accurate and timely calculation of payroll
maintaining data integrity on all payroll disbursements with banking institutions and ownership of payroll costing and reconciliation. The ideal candidate is an organized
analytical
problem-solver with the ability to prioritize tasks and apply knowledge to ensure that daily payroll operations are running effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities
review and balance hourly and salary payroll.
analyzes and resolves payroll-related issues.
reconciliation and analysis.
MS Word and MS Excel using advanced functions (vlookups
pivot tables
etc.).
ability to take initiative and execute on priorities.
