The Park Place Technologies Marketing Associate will be a key member of a dynamic and growing international Marketing team. They will play an important role in the success of Marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts. They will also be a key liaison between Marketing and Sales.
The Marketing Associate will support the Park Place Technologies Marketing team in three key areas:
Marketing lead distribution and reporting:
Monitor incoming leads from various Marketing tactics
Identify leads worthy of being forwarded to sales
Enrich leads and forward to corresponding sales reps
Work with Sales leadership to ensure lead follow-up
Provide regular reporting on lead status, corresponding opportunities and resulting revenue
Project management:
Manage miscellaneous projects including marketing campaigns, event management, Sales programs internal communications initiatives and more
Manage the Marketing team’s project ticketing system
Regularly report on project status via written status reports and in team meetings
Premium distribution:
Support Marketing campaigns and other efforts by coordinating direct mail elements
Fulfill requests from Sales for branded premiums for customers and prospects
Coordinate development of trade show/event branded premiums
Requirements and skills:
4-year degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
A passion for B2B Marketing
1-4 years of experience in Marketing and/or Communications (in-house Marketing department and/or Marketing agency)
Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
Solid computer skills, including MS Excel and PowerPoint. CRM software experience a plus
