Your Key Responsibilities

• Conducts demand analysis and capacity planning to ensure delivery reliability of materials and/or parts, for plants assigned.


• Implements processes, (forecasting) methods and systems for demand planning to meet business requirements.


• Analyzes sales leads and contract information from sales areas, conducts demand planning and regular reporting (monthly/weekly).


• Derives capacity plans for production resources, and develops and implements measures based on analyses.


• Eliminates internal and external capacity bottleneck and reports to accountable manager for escalation in case of needs.


• Supports manager to coordinate with other departments.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or business-related field or equivalent qualification with demonstrated competency
• 2+ years of experience in planning and logistics preferred
• Demonstrates leadership qualities
• APICS ASCM CPIM Certification or ability to become certified within the first year of employment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical thinking skills
• Goal and results oriented
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in ERP system, preferable SAP
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodology specifically value streams
