Description:
Our client is looking for a well-established full time pediatrician to join there team - Partnership track. Physician lifestyle is prioritized!! This is truly a one-of-a-kind opportunity!


- Full time = 4 weekdays per week

- Almost always out by or before 5pm

- Daily schedule generally between 3 to 6 patients per day.

- Only 1-3 well visits per day

- Get to know our patients incredibly well - Increased time with them:

- Well visits schedule for a full hour. Sick visits scheduled for 30 minutes.

- 1 in 3 calls.

- Evenings are 0-3 patient phone calls, almost never see a patient after hours

- A busy weekend day call would be about 4-5 patients in a day

- Almost never woken up at night

- No hospital admitting responsibilities, but can go see our newborns in the hospital

- No emergency room or hospital call responsibilities

- No circumcisions or delivery responsibilities


Offer:

- Partnership starts after 3 years employment but starts earlier if new pediatrician hits new patient milestone before that.
