The Technical Analyst role is a Mid-level position that will work with key stakeholders and be responsible for the requirements gathering, business process documentation, development of use cases, and curating technical product collateral. This collateral could be in the form of technical data sheets, frequently asked questions, and walk-through documents. Must demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of Business Process workflow and a working understanding of development processes. IT Services, portfolio offerings or Software (SaaS). Project management responsibilities will be required on a limited basis and include providing coordination of all activities pertaining to project planning, estimating, resource allocation, software development, project status reporting, problem resolution and collaboration with key stakeholders.
