As a Talent Acquisition Partner you'll influence the entire talent acquisition process from creating and implementing recruiting strategies to leadership engagement all the way through energetically attracting candidates and matching them to opportunities in our program.

You'll partner with internal customers to effectively source, interview, and make hiring recommendations for administrative, program, and management-level positions. You'll develop local and regional recruiting plans, use traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as bring your creative recruiting ideas to the table to efficiently and effectively fill open positions. Your ability to engage and influence leadership and candidates is exactly the exceptional customer support that is needed to secure top talent.

- 3+ years of experience managing a high volume of requisitions with multiple hiring managers
- Advanced computer literacy skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Google Apps, and Proficiency of ATS required

- Workday experience preferred
 

Compensation: $60k
