Job Description:

The Clinical Director will be responsible for:


  • Oversite and implementation of quality clinical programming for each location.

  • Monitoring and auditing of documentation including but not limited to; treatment plans, individual therapy notes, group therapy notes and medication management notes.

  • Participates in and oversees the admission process for all clients being admitted.

  • Responsible for onboarding and training of new clinical staff.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulating entities, including CARF.

  • Participates in public relations events as needed.

  • Provide individual, group and family therapy.

  • Provides on call support for staff as needed.


The right candidate will be a team builder, strategic thinker and have strong clinical and leadership ability. Must be proficient in utilization of electronic medical records. Experience with adolescents and adults in a mental health outpatient setting is required.

Education/ Licensure Requirements: 


  • Requires 3 years in outpatient setting managing mental health programs as

  • Requires Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited college or university.

  • Requires license (LPC, LCSW or LMFT) - prefer supervision certification
