Salary: $160-180k plus 35% bonus
Description:
A growing food company located near Lufkin, TX is currently searching for a Complex Manager.

Salary range for this position is $160-180k plus 35% bonus
Qualifications & Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree Preferred
-10+ years' experience in Food Manufacturing
-5+ years experience as a Plant Manager in poultry food manufacturing
-Flexible to work with all shifts as needed
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others
-Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
