Administrative Assistant

National Presto, a nationally recognized manufacturer, is looking for a full-time detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our Advertising and Sales department at the company headquarters in Eau Claire. National Presto has been manufacturing high-quality small household appliances for more than 115 years.

What you will do:

• Assist with designing, writing, and developing sales materials, instruction manuals and collateral materials
• Proofread materials including packaging, instruction books, catalogs, price lists, web pages, etc.
• Make revisions to computer files of marketing materials
• Organize and maintain electronic and paper files
• Organize and file package samples, instruction manuals, and other marketing materials
• Prepare various marketing materials for shipment
• Maintain collection of historical samples

What you bring:

• Associate Degree in Business or related field preferred
• Minimum of two years prior experience in a related field
• High proficiency in MS Word with accurate keyboarding skills
• Familiarity with Adobe InDesign is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent English language skills, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to interface with individuals at all corporate levels
• Ability to manage short-term and long-term projects simultaneously
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with standard office hours between 8am-4:30pm.
