Job Coaches are responsible for teaching a variety of work skills to individuals with disabilities in a variety of settings. Job coaches must model good work ethics including professionalism, reliability, honesty, punctuality and attention to detail.

As a Job Coach at Looking Upwards, you will:

Transport person(s) to and from house, job site, community activity site.
Assist person(s) at their job site
Attend necessary training before start working and as needed
Daily documentation
Weekly communication with supervisor regarding changes, progress and updates.

Mandatory Qualifications and Requirements:

Be at least 19 years of age.
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
Access to and provision of an insured and inspected automobile on an ongoing basis.
Ability to complete CPR, First Aid, CPI and other required trainings as necessary.
