JOB SUMMARY

Supports recruiting efforts (e.g., talent sourcing, candidate evaluation/screening, interview process, negotiates/extends offers and new hiring on-boarding, etc). Provides end-to-end recruiting process, partnering with hiring managers and applicants, managing high-touch relationships and recruiting across multiple disciplines. Will assists the Human Resources Department with other administrative tasks as needed.

SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES

Executes assignments supporting short and long-term recruiting strategies. Evaluates and recommends job postings. Conducts research on recruitment standards and monitors new trends and opportunities. Performs screening and interviews of qualified candidates. Leverage online recruiting resources, tools and systems to identify and recruit the best candidates. Participates in recruiting events to identify and evaluate applicants that support recruiting and sourcing strategies. Partners with hiring managers across multiple disciplines. Sources external resume databases for diverse and qualified candidates. Supports college recruiting plans, events, and summer internship programs. Analyze, report and use predictive people analytics as evidential reasoning to continuously improve the talent acquisition KPIs. Follows established processes and systems to ensure compliance with policy, procedure or legal requirements. Participate in special projects as assigned. Collaborative and work well together with teammates and employees/leaders at all levels.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS Education, Knowledge, and Experience

Education:
Related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience. Ability to scan large volumes of resumes. Good understanding and experience with HR tools such as ATS and HRIS. Ability to manage multiple on-going projects, be flexible to change, and adapt to shifting priorities. This position requires a data-driven, analytical, and collaborative HR professional who can work effectively across a complex organizational structure.
Skills:
Proficient with PC office products. Good organizational and time-management skills. Great interpersonal and communication skills. Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a strong passion to contribute to the team's success and to work with a high sense of urgency.
