If so, Park Avenue Securities is seeking a manager to build and oversee their strategy and planning team.
You will
In partnership with the executive team, participate in the development of the PAS Wealth Management Strategy; both long and short term.
Lead cross collaboration across our shared service business partners in order to effectively align priorities and execute against our strategy in partnership with these teams.
Lead the implementation and oversight of PAS project portfolio. This will include both long- and short-term projects and require you to work cross functionally and manage accountability for both internal and external communication.
Manage the PAS Executive Committee and Field Advisory Boards - including engagement with committees, developing agendas, follow ups and action items.
Management of all Business Projects for the Wealth Management Strategy team. This would include Business Operations/Ease of Doing Business projects across multiple functional areas as well as Pershing business projects. Manage and Oversee all PAS Leadership and Partners meetings- including objectives, agendas, follow ups and action items.
Development and Ownership of the PAS Story. This includes creating consistent presentation materials including PAS Board meetings, leadership and field presentations. Serving as the owner to create a consistent story and voice to field and management.

You have
7-10 years of experience in financial services
An aptitude for leading through change and the ability to manage through the roadblocks that come with change management.
Excellent Project Management and Organization Skills
The ability to lead and manage projects at all levels of the organization
Excellent PPT skills and ability to independently translate information into strategic decks for management presentations.
Aptitude to participate in the development of the strategy, as well as the ability to drive initiatives forward through a shared services organization.
Location & Vaccination Requirements
The primary location for this position is Flexible with some travel required to our home offices in New York NY, Holmdel NJ or Stamford
