Job Summary:

This position will provide implementation and consultative performance support for SureSmile practices, including case utilization, treatment plan review, building clinical confidence, product and service quality enhancement. Responsible for working with a portfolio of general dental and orthodontic practices to proactively enhance SureSmile Aligner utilization. Up to 20% travel time required.

Primary responsibilities include:
• Aligner Implementation services
• Utilization/Treatment Plan/Practice Consultations
• Planning and reviewing practice metrics
• Conduct one on one Treatment Plan reviews
• Assist with internal and external training needs
• Initial and ongoing Practice Data Collection Metric Monitors
• Practice Marketing/Selling Consulting
• On-site support (Go-Live, Ramp-up Phase)
• Close partnership, support and coordination with SureSmile sales team

• Other duties and responsibilities not specifically described may be assigned from time to time at supervisor's discretion.

Required Education and Experience:
• BS Degree Preferred
• 5 years' experience in Dental or Orthodontic Industry
• Consulting, Training, and Process Improvement experience required
• Excellent consultative, analytical and problem-solving skills
